Join Laruga Glaser for seven days of Astanga Yoga in Copenhagen. Saturday through Monday offer the full retreat programme, combining morning practice, chanting, meditation, philosophy and movement workshops.
From Tuesday through Friday, the week continues with morning Mysore practice under Laruga’s attentive guidance. Led Primary opens the retreat on Saturday, followed by six Mysore mornings.
All levels are welcome, although previous Astanga Yoga experience is recommended.

Saturday through Monday, chanting, meditation and philosophy create space to listen inwardly and explore the wider path of yoga.
Saturday through Monday, afternoon sessions go deeper into alignment, transitions, strength and asana refinement.
Programme
Saturday through Monday follow the full retreat rhythm. Tuesday through Friday are devoted entirely to morning Mysore practice. Minor details may be subject to change.

Your teacher
Laruga has practised Astanga Yoga continuously for more than twenty-five years. She deepened her studies through annual travel to Mysore and has made more than fourteen trips there.
She is one of the few teachers in the world certified to teach through Advanced B. Her teaching is an act of deep sharing, creating space to open, challenge and inspire practitioners to realise their inherent potential.
